Added B3 and cleaned up the list.
Removed broken link under resources
I removed outdated links and added the link to the new tutorials.
Changes the code sections to code blocks so users can press a copy button. Cleaned up some of the text and headers.
Add navigation to packages
Updated styling for getting started and wallet overview
Updated Metamask page to include link to site
Emphasized that devs need to create a reown account
Removed the top image in the docs for consistency.
